Not a bad squad a few surprises , Robshaw and Best must be gutted!

Think Robshaw definitely hard done by. But an the whole a fair selection and a strong squad with a fantastic young captain in Warburton.

Robshaw never deserved his place in the England squad never mind the lions, the on form fly half didnt get picked, Wilkinson, would have been a good squad talisman at least if not the dirt trackers captian.

Biased towards tha taffs of course with the mangement, but why on earth Matt Stevens and Vunipola. Dont hold out much hope....

Gatland spoke to Wilkinson on the phone to offer him.a place after his performance for Toulon against Saras on Sunday.....he declined.

robshaw's problem is that the back row is probably the lions position of strength this time round... and even if he is england captain, and injurys.. there are still another 2 or 3 I would have in front of him (tom wood... kelly brown, beattie , Ferris if he was fit! ect...)

matt stevens is a huge surprise... wouldn't have taken him..... the fact that two of the 3 hookers are english, but neither is englands no.1 is surprising... Rory Best must be gutted!!!

I would have taken Zebo for Maitland... and extra 10 rather then the extra 15... but hogg can play anyone...

but all in all not bad... Although O'Connell would have been my capt...

well hartley was a liability going in so I am not surprised he ended up shooting himself in the foot....... well, in the mouth!!

really looking forward to this tour.. now have to find a good aussie bar to watch all the test matches in!!!

have a blast for me...

the best part of touring is that you met so many great people that you keep in touch with that you wouldn't do otherwise....

it wasn't the irish who were the biggest drinkers but the welsh!!!! my god they could get it down them!!!
