in the night garden

It's a tough one bro. Try to laugh, it always helps, go out have meaningless sex, seek solice with friends, the heart mends minute by minute day by day. Pretty soon you will start to notice the birds in the trees are singing once more and there is warmth in the world.

However, alternatively I have found that if you hunt down the person that broke your heart, kill them slowly and painfully and make a hat out of their skin it speeds up the process!

A risk worth taking, heart can't be broken if it wasn't happy in the first place.

Just surround yourself with people who love you and then start a rumour that you came home and caught them fucking the dog. Failing that weapons grade glow in the dark anti depressants

Not a good thing to happen to anyone, i vowed never to get hurt again after i chucked out my ex.

But after time i did let someone in and although i love him to bits, the relationship has more up's and downs than hotel bed springs.

But as the saying goes..."can't live with them, Can't live without them"

Sending (((Hugs))) because a broken heart can be more painful than pain its self !!

Find a new hobby or activity to throw yourself into it will take your mind off it if nothing else and in time things will ease. Just don't grab anyone on the rebound though as it won't help.

If you've been dumped or cheated on, then what I would do is to hang out with my mates and forget about what's happened.

Failing that: Take one bottle of absinthe, one bottle of ouzo, mix together in a big clean bucket, consume, rinse and repeat till you forget.

DISCLAIMER; I accept no responsibility if you fall for the green fairy.

Don't dwell on the past, look forward to the future, and live life to the full.

I tend to keep myself busy with work and planning for the future.

Learn from the broken relationship in order to avoid the same mistakes from happening again.

However, don't over-analyse and blame yourself for letting the relationship fail, as it takes two to Tango.

Etc. etc...

aw hugs to you, time is a healer, I have just had my heartbroken too (pm me if you want to chat) but it depends on why and how it happened but it will stop hurting, just have your real friends around you and keep yourself busy and you will be happy when the time is right x

Nothing, it's broken for life. Time makes it easier, but one smell, word, touch and it feels like it has just happened. Good luck and just try and move along life's road to continue life's journey
