Not a picture, but I was walking home d*unk from the pub one night in the early 2000s and sent my then gf an extremely descriptive message detailing exactly what I wanted to do when I got home. My d*unk, fat fingers had selected the wrong contact from my phone (one of those tiny Motorola flip phones) and instead of the message going to my gf, it went to her boss

Not sent to someone by mistake but I once connected my phone to a PC at work and it downloaded a bunch of naughty photos of my then wife on to the server. It was a small company and the IT guy recognised her, fortunately he discreetly called me in to the office and we deleted them. I never told her though as I’m sure should would have been really annoyed!

I sent me mum a dick pic full hard she messaged back your dad definitely blessed you and called me golden balls was mortified as I didn’t no for a few hrs I even spoke to her and see didn’t let on till I checked my messages and texted her back sorry 😔

Not picture but I once was meant to meet a friend for dinner - was in a new relationship at the time and in the honeymoon period and sent “I would much rather see you than X” to my friend. He sent me a message back saying “we don’t have to meet if you don’t want to”. I felt awful.

Also was at my mums once, who was really grating on me, and sent “omg my mum is fucking pissing me off” TO MY MUM! I managed to sneak her phone and delete it before she saw 🤦‍♀️
