" It's great considering I'm in a Built up area, but there's a Family of Foxes living in the Garden (Communal type but seperated for Flats and there's only 3 that're looked after) so they must feel safe | |||

Hate living in Towns but it's where the Work is"I hear you. I am semi (rural I mean). Done fully cebtral urbanite in past and was good for that time but hoping fir fully rural at some point. A nice river at the bottom of the garden, ducks and water hens, one or two badgers, small little boat with me bopping up and down. Get the picture? | |||

It's a lovely idea, but my parents moved to a semi rural area to retire, and now their health has deteriorated, they are at least an hour away from a hospital with an A&E dept. It's a worry.
I never want to live in a city again, but for retirement, I'm going to give some considerable thought as to where to relocate. "To be fair, I know what you mean. Lots a amenities, even shops gir your loaf, are often lacking in those areas. | |||
