Moving cities??

I live in hull at the moment, I would like to move to Manchester,

My business(computer shop in hull) I owned failed just before Christmas and been out of work ever since its really hard to find any it jobs here, I've been told by alot people that I need to move to a bigger city

Just need some advice how to do that?
