I think a bit more context is required…

Did she message out of the blue and say this randomly?

Did you send a first message with face pic and therefore she wouldn’t have known you had a beard?

First one is weird, second option is perfectly reasonable.

C doesn’t like beards and so we often tell people the beard is the issue. You’ll be surprised at how many then come back saying they’ll shave it off

Based on the wording in the OP he does state "tell a man". So obviously without a full reveal of context and details I'd assume she was interested in him but said shave the beard and you can have "this" (paraphrasing).

I mean at the end of the day, similar to what you said, regardless of what she said I applaud the man for not caving in or changing himself just for the promise of sex.

I've had a handful of opening messages mostly from couples but one or two from single women that just say things like, lose the beard or you won't be fucking me or something similar.

One asked in their introductory message if I would shave it off because the missus didn't like beards and finished the same message by saying if the answer was no I was an idiot.

Another asked exactly the same question and when I replied to say no I wouldn't be shaving it for anyone the response was that I had just fucked up the only chance I ever had of being added to their to-do list.

One woman said, great pics, nice profile, pretty about the beard but that won't be an issue when you shave it off to meet me.

These were all profiles with 50+ verifications so obviously they walk among us.

I commented on another thread today already with a very apt post.

Any man who thinks of shaving off his beard for pussy deserves neither the beard or the pussy.

Doesn't really matter if it looks good or not, it's a personal style choice to have and show it. Same goes for most things. Clean shaven, a lot of people would do wonders for their own appearance by actually growing some facial hair, or having a certain hair cut, hair colour, fashion style, tattoos. Hell, even on here with nudes or dick pics - you do you, and you be proud of your body but it's not to everyone's taste or look as good as one might think.
