Hands up, who here is an average guy? I’m talking, non gym goers, chubsters, guys who aren’t particularly tall, guys who are not very well endowed.

Now, how many of you receive replies here? Or have a message drop into your inbox from an interested party? Or have even had successful meets?

I’m aware that perhaps I might not win any popularity contests by this topic and I’m equally prepared for the backlash but I wanna test a theory here…

Go for it. Cut it down to 5 or 10 miles in my area. I’ll tell you now, many women & couples within that distance of my area only interested in meeting either tall, in shape, hung or bbc

My main criteria to consider meeting someone are a) not a bellend, b) able to talk to me like a human being, c) some mutual interest.

That does tend to lead to a lot of average guys.

So you’ve honestly read 30 profiles fully within a matter of minutes? Find that hard to believe but ok, if you insist. If that’s true, then that is just based on the current moment and the members who have logged on recently.

I use Fab daily and it’s something I see on a daily basis

I suppose what I might be tempted to think is that you've noticed the people who rule you out (based on your height/body type/etc), but not noticed the people who don't. A sort of confirmation bias, essentially.

I have been on Fab for many years I am 5'8" always been fairly overweight, prematurely grey haired and have an average cock size. Despite this I have indeed have many responses and even had women approach me first.

I think the big issues for guys that get ignored, blocked regularly and never get a response is. Poor quality of profile, with little or no writing and have either no photos, bad/cock only photos. Additionally sending low quality messages and including cock pics in the messages.

There are threads nearly every day with guys complaining that they can't get a meet because they're white, black, Asian, short, tall, fat, thin, bald, blah. blah, blah.

Most times it's pretty obvious why they're not getting any meets (as it is in your case OP) but it's easier to blame something they feel they have no control over, rather than accept it's actually because of them.

Every conversation I've had in the last 5 years has been started by a woman making first contact with me.

I'm outside some people's age range, I'm not over 6 feet tall, I'm not hung, I'm not the right ethnicity, I haven't set foot in a gym in 10 years and don't work out but something encouraged all those women to get in touch.

I saw myself as average all of my life but the day I signed up here I made the decision not to refer to myself as average ever again so I chose the athletic option despite not being able to run the length of myself.

As already said above there are threads here most days from old men who claim to be outside every woman's age range, men of below average height who say that no woman in a 50 mile radius wants to meet because they have messaged them all and know for sure that's the reason and those who think that the hundreds of women and couples they contacted didn't reply because they don't have a gymfit body.

At the same time, all us old, under 6 feet dadbods who aren't having any any of these issues are looking for the positives rather than the perceived but non existent negatives.
