The best meat for a roast is lamb but it's too expensive these days especially just for me. I made a roast chicken on Friday. Used some of the leftover for a chicken and ham pie for tomorrows dinner, and froze the rest.

All over

Not done a roast for a while. Now you got me thinking:

Lamb

Pork

Chicken or

Beef?

In that order.

The last two roasts I've done rolled breast of lamb that I stuffed.

Lamb, I love cooking a roast but for one it’s a bit of an anti climax 🤦‍♂️

Not the food, I’m pretty damn good at cooking just not being able to prepare for someone else more so 😞

I always cook just for me, I generally batch cook. I can turn my hand to anything in the kitchen, Like you I do enjoy cooking for others. I write a food blog as well.
