Prefer the firmer texture of a good sirloin

All over

Porterhouse but not easily available. Ideally I like steak on the bone, more flavoursome.

I had tomahawk last weekend and it was amazing

I’ve always been a ribeye girl so it makes sense.

None anymore. Can't swallow the stuff. But used to enjoy the odd piece of sirloin or fillet.

Buy Cote du Boeuf exactly the same as Tomahawk but the bone is cut down, so you don't pay extra just for bone 😂 as much as you like a good bone

Rump is the best and most flavourful.

"Chateaubriand, cooked very rare."

I love a chateuabriand too but I can’t have it as rare as that. I do like it to be actually dead first - chasing it around the plate whilst it is still mooing is a pain.

Agreed! Rump for flavour, sirloin for texture.
