Yesterday. Going again tomorrow morning. I normally go 3 times a week before work. And I find it really sets me up for the day. I feel fantastic on the days I go. It's an effort this time of year though as it's so cold and dark in the mornings.

Land of the Long White Cloud

I love swimming - both in the both and open water.

I set myself the challenge of swimming 200km last year and finished the year on 210km.

This year I have swam 18km so far.

I last swam on Wednesday at the pool and am hoping to swim today.

Saturday I am taking part in an open water swim event in a lake.
