With the greatest respect nobody will have a hand bigger than a whole ass human that weighs 7-10lbs. It's the contractions that hurt not the baby in the birth canal. Labor is a beautiful and natural process and remember our pelvis will separate and widen a little.

But not everyone is capable of everything or desires to do it. There should never be any pressure or expectation to do any sexual practice or activity you don't want to do and even if you do want to, you can stop it at any time. We should never yuk someone's yum. There are plenty of weird requests and things we see here and out in the RW. We can all politely decline
