To get rid of all the harlots on here, in addition to the sirens, gorgons, harpies and those with unappealing countenances, thus finally making this place a safe harbour for the paladins, knights, gentlemen, and the fåir måidens and damsels. ⚜️

Apparently there are people suggesting that his AI can meet with her AI, and they can even have sex with each other for you. They're building products to do it.

I'd rather keep AI out of my personal relationships.

Pick the best dick and 3D print it?

Use AR glasses so everyone looks great when you’re fucking them?

When I find it useful for anything other than marketing hype cycles, I'll let people know.

Research suggests it doesn't add much to work product at this time. I'm as unimpressed as I am with my own beta products I'm not touting.

It's as inevitable and inexorable as all the terrorist attacks that Zuckerberg said would happen in the metaverse. The fairy down the garden yesterday told me that another one happened yesterday, and you should buy more bitcoin

And as if by magic AI browser responds to your post with It seems like the phrase you're asking about is somewhat fragmented or unclear, but I can help break it down.

The term "Hapsburg AI" likely refers to something related to the Habsburg dynasty, which was a prominent royal family in Europe known for their extensive influence and intermarriage across various regions. The mention of "AI" could imply that this is about artificial intelligence systems that draw from diverse influences or data sources, much like how the Habsburgs united various territories.

The phrase "where the streams come together" might suggest a point of convergence or integration—possibly referring to how different data streams or sources merge in an AI context.

The last part, "(content not safe for Fab)," hints at potentially inappropriate or sensitive content that may be unsuitable for certain audiences (like someone named Fab).

Overall, this could be talking about an AI system influenced by diverse historical contexts (like those from the Habsburg era) where different types of information come together—some of which might not be appropriate for all viewers.

If you trust the reliability of the products marketed as AI, then more fool you.

Sam Altman recently defined AGI as an amount of money made by his company.

Using your big boy brain, not your toys, please explain how one determines a concept like "intelligence" using only a measurement like "dollars", unless one is a flagrant con artist.

No one can really agree what agi means. It's marketing term.

That doesn't mean that very powerful AI systems aren't coming online very soon.

Look at project Stargate just announced. That's an investment multiple times the size of the Manhattan project as a percentage of Americas GDP.

As soon as one super intelligent system exists then there won't be a single country in the world that can afford not to have access.

I'm not a fan boy for AI. I believe an incredible amount of power and wealth is about to be further concentrated with the tech Bros and I'm very wary.

I have, however, found ways to use LLM's improve my quality of life by orders of magnitude.

My particular flavour of neurospicey brain presents me with very particular executive function challenges that I have been able to overcome simply by leveraging an LLM as a secretary for my brain.

I can't cook. Like I can't make my brain create a meal with a selection of ingredients. I need a recipe. This might seem really rather simple for someone with an NT brain but I can't make my brain create a meal without specific written instructions.

I can't shop. I experience a kind of sensory overload in a supermarket. I spent years trying to do shopping after I became single and having to leave the shop empty handed and in tears because my brain stopped working.

I can't plan. If I could plan I'd be able to make a meal plan and a shopping list but I've never been able to get my brain to do that.

So I make do with either bringing someone with me to the shop to help me or by buying one meal a day and cooking the same six meals every week.

Those two things together created a really shitty place for me to exist as a single parent with two kids to feed.

Now I can tell Gemini to suggest seven simple to cook meals each with a recipe and method. It will save all the ingredients to my shopping list. It will read out the cooking instructions to me and it will set all the timers I need on the smart device I put in the kitchen.

So now I can go to the shop without having to make any decisions and i can cook new meals without having to make any plans. It's life changing and not just because we will get to eat new recipes but because I'm not being reduced to tears every week because my brain don't work right

That makes sense. For what it's worth, I'm not neurotypical. I have my own struggles, which would be harder if I didn't live alone.

My objections (apart from the environment) are mostly about whether or not it's effective as an intelligence capable of thing like taking jobs, policy development, etc. That we're being sold a quarter baked product and told to "just believe" that it will fulfill the hype and we'll have to surrender our minds, our copyright (it's still theft, even if they're too scary to sue 🤷‍♀️), and our standards. and of course the concentration of power.

The way people manage their own lives is not the target of my ire in the slightest.

For sure we all need to beware of the hype and not drink the cool aid but at the same time we all need to acknowledge that this tech exists and and be used very effectively on a basic level to help a lot of people.

I also use Gemini to photograph my mail now. It automatically adds my appointments to my calendar.

I use it to summarise, parse and refute long reads so my understanding of what I'm studying/consuming is hugely improved and more balanced.

I use the live chat function in my car on journeys with my youngest and we learn all sorts of things about every subject imaginable in an age appropriate way. We do riddles and play games and learn amazing facts. It's replaced looking at a screen on long journeys with a group activity. It's brilliant.

Fair enough. Some of that I would not do, but that's much closer to personal preference.

I think it's a net negative, and I stand by my initial statement - I'd like to know if someone uses AI on here, because I want to block them. Human interaction should be authentic. And I think anyone expecting a revolution is naive. If it were better than it is, we'd know.

If it were better than it is, we'd know."

That is, if someone uses AI on Fab, for Fab. To replace human interaction. Not at all for anything.
