I'm kinda fussy when it comes to pasta

I like mainly veggie toppings

I'm not keen on minced meats or sausage or shellfish

So, for me, a nice pesto coating with some grated pecorino on top is pretty much perfect

Or simply olive oil, toasted pine nuts and spinach
