I thought of this last night when getting ready for bed and making one of my most favorite bed time snacks. So I ask the audience.. what is your favorite bedtime snack or two?

For me it's peanut butter and jelly sandwich or cookies and milk

It varies and depends how my days been 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tonight, it's a bowl of cereal, followed by the rest of the Doritos packet that I didn't finish a few days ago

Last night was cheese and crackers followed by yoghurt, which could explain why I had a crap night's sleep! 🤣

I just go with whatever makes eye contact with me

I rarely eat before bed I usually just have a few pints of whole milk before bed I fall asleep easier and the protein in milk digests quite slow so keeps body supplied for a good while when sleeping
