I need some work doing on my right shoulder, think there's a bit of deep tissue damage in there. Some straining from diy work (the bamboo flooring looks lovely now, but I pulled something...), then getting it chilled during the very cold period, plus some RSI that goes down into my wrist and fingers - 40 years of bloody keyboard work...
