After an injury to my right knee last year I am finally back to doing leg day in the gym.

I forgot how painful it can be as the DOMs are now kicking in and I'm struggling to get on and off the toilet 🤣

FML I'm sore. I think I might go back to skipping leg day😂

Getting old sucks.
