Morning all. I'm hiding from the nephew and niece. They stayed at my dad's last night and I can hear them in the garden!!!

I'm going to attempt to make eggs Benedict this morning but low carb. Using a Swede rosti as the muffin then wilted baby spinach, nice ham, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce

Yep. I'm back. I spent most of the week not only in hospital but totally incommunicado! No phone connection, no internet - it was terrible, I actually had to to talk to actual people!

But it's all ok now, I'm back in the 21st century, all my gadgets are working again and I can sink back into digitally induced hermitry.

This last stay was to deal with the problem that's been the root cause of most of my recent admissions. Hopefully it's all resolved and though I won't be right for the next few months I shouldn't spend quite so much time in a hospital bed. So a constructive stay.
