..... got those can't sleep blues. You'd think after 10 years of suffering from insomnia I'd learnt to deal with it by now.

happens to me all time..get pissed off with myself yet cant do anything about it.

thats why decided to work nights as easier for me...was more knackered working in day and not sleeping at night then up at 7am when ready for sleep. is crap innit...i have no sleep pattern and basicaly go to bed when i know will sleep no matter what time..even in day. only time i would sleep so only way i can do it

Actually felt I could sleep. Drifted off and then wide awake again 10 minutes later. Such joy.

yea i do that sometimes..and worse when u are tired..go to bed and still lay awake hours laters..so frustrating

The more you get frustrated by it the worse it gets. GP put me on temazepam for it but turns out I'm one of the 10% who are tolerant to the Valium family. Typical lol.
