I saw her on Graham Norton last night and she just looks so different. Even thinner than the last time she was on. The voice is still great though.

Well i must be remembering a different person, fat yes, very fat i guess would depend on your definition of very fat but i would of said she was around a size 18/20 from what i can remember. She never stood out to me as being very fat

We used to travel on the same bus every morning to go to work. She wore a biker jacket with Alf on the back. Saw her early gigs before she was famous...great voice, lovely lady.

no but must hae been accepted by the public for them to achieve what they did.. admitidley they never had major fame but was some kind of acceptance that larger built people have voices and its not about the image"
they had a few votes on a talent show. how do we know they werent getting sympathy votes. now if your talking about someone with talent like mama cas then thats a different kettle of fish
