Some will care, many won't.

Some men (and women) will claim a cut cock is cleaner. All that tells me is they've either had issues keeping it clean for some reason before getting cut, or they're making a statement on something they have no personal experience on.

I got turned down for this very reason. I have extra foreskin (phimosis I think its called) so it doesn't retract. I've tried.

Doesn't give me any pain or whatever and I always keep things clean. But it was an issue 🤷‍♂️
