My knee jerk reaction is NO.....

Then reality kicks in..

1. very low level HRT daily

1. Vitamin B12 cos im vegan

1. Vitamin D daily since covid and no sunshine

1. Vitamin C and Zinc daily

1. Multi vit with iron

1. Flax capsule daily as I don't have cod liver oil due to severe veganism.

2. Calcium tabs to guard against reduction in bone density

1 drop of stuff in my eyes each night to stave off blindness

1 tab up my foof each week for some oestrogen to keep my foof in a good mood.

Beat that you cliquey fuckers.

No I’ve never taken anything. I perhaps should look into vitamins etc at my age. I’d have no idea what to take.

I don't take anything on a regular basis because a healthy diet should give us everything we need. But a nice beer really helps and I occasionally take Shilajit and Korean Ginsing. I am over 50 after all!

Let's count!

Upon waking - 1

With breakfast - 2

With tea - 2

At night - 4

Total = 9

Only 1 is a vitamin (D, prescribed). The rest are for medical treatment.
