Always a tricky one particularly if like myself no access to a microwave or kitchen as my van is my office, tea room as well as transport.

Sandwiches get very samey and being in an active job salad's just don't hit the spot.

What's your usual lunchtime fare at work?

I end up getting the same sandwich from the co op because I stand in my kitchen every morning wondering what I want and then have no idea. I am so bored of food

Leftovers!

You can have a lot of pasta/rice dishes the next day cold. Leftover meat or fish can go with potato salad which is a bit more filling if you’re like me and need a decent lunch to get you through the afternoon

Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it, I happened upon it by accident years ago, I had run out of Branston and the only other thing I had was strawberry jam so just went for it, a taste revelation
