I can cycle for 5 miles, should I be fit enough to run 4-5 without stopping?

A seaside town near you!

I swim almost a mile each morning but I couldn't run 200 yards ha ha! Boobs are definitely a hinderance lol !!

Nope i cycle 15 miles to work and 15 miles back i could never run 30 miles in one day

really? I find that almost impossible to believe

totally different muscle actions, so no you will crash & burn in about a mile I would guess

I really do ... I'm no good in the gym so went for what I am good at. I tried running on the treadmill and almost went off backwards lol !!
