couple, us we him her.

Struggled to get out of bed in the morning and get up for work even on holiday I'm up and awake 5:30 am, coming into my 42nd year old working BUT since Christmas this year I've really been struggling to get out of bed and get up.

Not sure why suddenly it's the case I actually like this time of year dark mornings and cold weather.

Mine was fatigue iron deficiency, so I have a blood test mot every 5 years

Had my annual checkup just before Christmas due to health conditions I have a full range of blood tests everything normal but I appreciate your reply and yes I might actually try to get an appointment knowing my GP that'll probably be in June

I think the issue is my head

Have you changed your going to bed routine? Going later or do something different that might impact your sleep OP?

Yeah, before bothering a doctor I'd be reflecting on this as well as the type of food being consumed.

I think we can all be prone to bad habits over the festive period
