It normally depends on the dynamic. It feels like it's earnt not automatic.

It is something of a turn on along with other derogatory language when the context is in a loving and safe relationship.

I love my husband calling me a slut when it is in its right time and place. Even he wouldn't just randomly use that word out of context so I'm not sure why anyone else would.

I can't get annoyed if people put it in a message as its on my profile but context is everything. If they are referring to me being my husbands slut I have no issue, a random stranger calling me his slut does not entice me to respond.
