But joking asside, all the above is good advice, I too have a Lowe Alpine air zone type which lifts the body of the bag away from your back. But, all backs are different and what suits one may not be comfortable for another. Make sure you try on in a shop with weight in the bag (reputable stores will have weights available for this purpose). I personally like a well-padded hip belt so I can take most of the weight on my hips, the shoulder and chest straps just stabilise the load. | |||
