Delightful Bliss

I am now officially a decaf tea drinker

No more sleep issues or stoopid menopause symptom heart palpations (GP advised trying it)

So I am curious to know, Is caffeine in your beverage

I don't drink coffee or tea, I try and avoid caffeine. I only really drink if I'm on a night out and they don't have decent wine. Energy drinks are the devil.

Maldon and Peterborough

I only really drink DietCoke.

Probably a couple of litres per day, so I imagine my caffeine levels are quite high.

I am an unashamed caffeine consumer, coffee, tea, carbonated caffeine filled fizzy pop drinks, you name it.

It doesn’t seem to have the sleep interrupting effect on me and I like coffee and tea the way they were intended.

Absolutely, tea, coffee, before bed regularly. I definitely had an addiction to fizzy drinks when I lived abroad as they were so cheap relative to bottled water.
