"Cheek twitches under my eye sometimes when a bit stressed or run down, usually goes away of its own accord. Too much screentime sometimes triggers it" Maybe a little run down. I work 72 hours a week and my extra curricular activities take up one or two nights a week lol. Burning the candle at both ends perhaps

"I still have side effects from Bells Palsy 30 years on" What side effects do you still have? I’m lucky in that I didn’t get it that bad and it was gone within 3 or 4 weeks. I didn’t get the mouth drop or anything, just the entire left side of my face was frozen.

Look after yourself more xxxx" I get a decent 6 or 7 hours sleep a night. I eat plenty (never been a big drinker so only have one or two drinks a day, usually decaf coffee). On my day off I usually have a lie in and don’t do much so I can recharge myself

Sounds like you are looking after yourself, I just wanted to say the right thing and get you to look at how pooped ypu may have been. Don't forget the time of the year doesn't help. I am not an expert but I know I twitch when I am wrecked.

"Hmm strange that. I had Bells Palsy a few years ago on my right side, and every so often get a facial twitch on that side just below the eye. Never gave it much thought." Maybe there is a connection. We have a doctor visit work in the week so I’m gonna ask him.
