I'm trying to find out how to pay copyright to download and print a picture.

It's the picture of a polar bear sleeping on a small iceberg by Nima Sarikhani.

How do I do that?

It has copyright but no details on how to pay

Unless it’s offered for sale on a website anywhere, stock image company, or similar…..try contacting the creator directly.

Not everything that's protected will be actively for sale at all times. If you contact the owner, they may indicate their choice and terms etc

Search sites that provide photos, like photo shuttle, 500px. if they are on there they cover that side of things. Try contact them, it was put on by a gallery or agency they will have details.
