Just watched the new Batman and tried to think who the best Batman was.

I liked Christian Bale, but Robert Patrick was good.

Who’s your fav Batman…?

Keaton was the Batman of my childhood so him.

Love Adam West too.

I like the campy portrayals not the serious introspective ones.

Adam West. But...Jack Nicholson was the best Joker.

"Robert Patrick was good"

Are we talking T1000 Robert Patrick? If so, when was he ever Batman?

Christian Bale, I think the Dark Knight trilogy is unrivalled in terms of cinema. Fantastic work.

Best Batman, or best Bruce Wayne? It’s a double sided question I think.

I think Bale had the best balance of the two.

I liked Affleck but he suffered from awful studio choices. They should have took the gritty route into a solo film.

Pattinson is OK as Batman but he’s a poor Wayne.

Clooney was a good Wayne but a poor Batman.

Kilmer was a bit wooden for me.

Keaton did a fine job too, but I’d go with Bale.

Kevs. The actors for the movies have all felt a little off. Even Keaton and Bale I didn't actually fully believe for whatever reason.

all over

Christian Bale was the best Batman/Bruce Wayne however the last Batman movie with Robert Pattinson brought a great grimy feel to Gotham and the expansion with the Penguin is quite exciting.

"Pattinson. That last Batman film was a masterpiece. "

They needed to spend an extra 50 quid on lighting so you could see anything.
