the most powerful and potentially most dangerous is Q,remember he has threatened to wipe out our existence from the history books twice,in encounter at farpoint and in all good things!

Christopher Plummer makes an excellent baddie in ST VI - The Undiscovered Country.

Species 8472 tore a Borg cube apart with a single ship,, and six decimated an entire world,, the Borg really don't have anything on the in terms of fire power,,

don't forget Janeway gave the Borg the means to defeat them, using 7's nanobot thingys

Has to be The Borg but not the Borg from voyager as there made it a " not a biggie to be assimilated" and would be great to see a Q and the Borg in a jj movie

Khan was a wuss

Typical smart arse who thought that his superior intellect would be enough.

Whoever built the doomsday device need to be feared

Christopher Lloyd as Commander Kruge is the quintessential Klingon though.

Yea, I'd say so. Although I have only seen bits/parts of the other film franchise. I still feel the wrath of khan is brilliant, Montalban is amazing as khan.

I remember I didn't see it till I was about 18/19. It was the scences of montalban/shatner that i thought really made the film, 2 of them playing mind games etc.

Oh, and the soundtrack is damn good also. (own that on LP).
