I recently visited Diddly Squat Farm and bought Jeremy’s Hot Sausage!! Pork sausage laced with Carolina Reaper Chilli 🌶️

I kid you not, it was one of the spiciest things I’ve ever eaten!! Very tasty though.

So the question is…. What’s your favourite sausage and what is the most unusual ingredient you have found in one?

I’d also like to big up the best pork sausage recipe ever. Gibsons Butchers in Watford. They should be world famous. 🏆

Yorkshire tomato sausages for breakfast are top tier

I think one of the weirder sausages I’ve had was at my mother in laws. Her butcher does different themed for public holidays. Easter last year was pork sausages stuffed with mini cadburys cream eggs. Very strange

A classic Cumbrian always good or an Italian mortadella or ine of those big polish ones. There is so much good sausage about either to have hot and sizzling or to just devour as it is if cured.

Yeah they are good. I like them chopped up on a jacket potato with cheese and beans.
