500 g Dry macaroni

400 ml Milk

2 tsp Onion granules

1 tsp Mustard

Salt and pepper

Also

250 g Mature cheddar, Grated

150 ml Single cream

Instructions

Put the tip ingredients in a pan together, put the lid on and cook on medium-low for about 10-13 minutes stirring often until pasta is just cooked.

When it's cooked, turn heat to low, stir in the rest of the ingredients in and mix everything together until the cheese is melted and gone gooey.

Springfield

Cook good quality macaroni for 7 minutes max. Drain and add to baking tray.

Make the sauce with butter, flour and whole milk. When thickened add grated strong cheddar and dollop of dijon mustard.

Add sauce to pasta and mix well.

Grate more cheese on top, sprinkle of paprika, then bake for about 35 min.
