A kebab should have chilli sauce (hot chilli not sweet chilli) and either mint yoghurt sauce or mayonnaise on it. I like different sauces on burgers depending upon the protein involved but BBQ sauce has no more place on a burger than brown sauce does. What sort of Philistine would put either on a burger? | |||
