I’ll need to think on this. Maybe it’s The Holiday, though?

"Sliding Doors "

I keep quoting 'its a sliding doors moment' to people but never actually seen the film. I need to watch it.

I kind of want to say 10 Things I Hate About You. But I see that as more of a high-school movie than a romcom.

So maybe it’s Roman Holiday.

'Romancing the Stone'

...so much to love about that movie, and none of it the fact it's a Rom-Com though (and even that in its own right is a worthy contender!).

From the absolute firecracker in the opening scene (from one of Joan Wilder's books), the cheesy 80's synth soundtrack, to my 'Little Mule, Pepe', and Danny DeVito just stealing every scene he's in. Proper guilty pleasure I'm not ashamed to admit!

Mr here my favourite is Groundhog Day

Mrs bought me a still of Bill Murray in the shower from the film for my birthday, it's hanging in our bedroom.

Looking forward to seeing the expressions of people we meet, wondering why we have a picture in our bedroom that looks like a middle aged man ejaculating in the shower.

It's the little things to in life that make it worthwhile.

I laughed really loud when someone called coming to America a rom com.. how dare you!!

If coming to America is a rom com I am having fever pitch as a rom com as well!!

If you are looking for a black Rom com, how Stella got her groove back is a brilliantly underrated film!!

50 first dates

Notting Hill
