It's diets, diets, diets everywhere. Everytime I log onto my social media there are posts about exercise and healthy eating.

Healthy eating, well unless you eat fruit n veg thats fresh everyday, what actually is healthy eating / food.

everything that i see in the supermarket , even so called healthy food is packed with additives and salt and sugar which isnt healthy eating.
