May your hair days always be good ones.

May your friendships be wonderful.

May you have confidence in your utter brilliance. Trust me, no one can be you, like you can.

May you remember to laugh, to be silly and to take comfort in those wonderful moments.

Remember that bad decisions often make the best stories

May you never let anyone step on your dreams.

May you treasure every atom of your perfectly imperfect self. Seriously no one is what you see in the media.

May you wobble your wobbly bits with pride!

May you be strong enough to tell those people in your life who like to bring you down, hurt you or leave you doubting yourself to fuck off.. Litterally this will be the best bit of advice once hindsight kicks in.

May you be brave enough to take chances, to be bold, to experiment and to live and love unapologetically.

May you get to hug your loved ones often.

May the cockwombles in your life vanish or may their next shit be a hedgehog (yes I really did just say that!)

May you not wake up to a spot on your chin or nose or under your eye.

May you be blessed with the gift of kindness: kindness to others, and kindness to you, too.

May you find time, just for you. Dance, sing, draw, write or whatever makes your soul happy.

May you be able to make plans, even if they seem too small or too big. Just do it and make them happen.

Don't regret.

May you know true happiness this year, it comes from you. You create it. Never forget that.

Lastly remember it's fine, it's always ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
