Have you been accused of not being a "real swinger", online or in person? Or, seen it happen?

Many people aren't all that interested in "policing" swinging, but I've noticed some people - especially some couples - feel it's important to call out specific people as "not real swingers" because they don't fit a specific idea of what swinging is (usually, couples swapping partners).

It's been going on since I can remember, what are your experiences? And, do you think they're right to do it?

I just don't care what another's opinion is about what I do and neither should you ,we are here because we want to be here not because somebody you don't know thinks you don't fit their criteria for a swinger .

It's not something we've ever come across but we don't particularly care if we don't fit into somebody's definition of a particular word. That's not what we're here to do. If somebody doesn't want to call us swingers, they don't have to.

Ahh it's just prefences, some people cannot accept other people's choices and have to label them to fit them into their box. Live and let live is not as frequent as it was unfortunately. Luckily I haven't had this and I wouldn't give anyone who wanted to degoratorily label me, to my face/online, my time anyway. That's what the block buttons for

There was a post on the forums a few weeks back and one of the replys from a couple was that if your not bi then your not a swinger! While we found this confusing we have noticed that a couple with no bi element does seem to be rather rare!

Oh no, we're terible swingers.

We only have sex with people who have a spark with when the mood takes us. Also we're mainly club swingers and rarely find time or the right people to go on meets with. And we're a bit little picky too. So end result is we have a great time at clubs and parties, kiss loads of people but very rarely swing. And we're not always full/hard swap if we do swing (it really depends on the people and vibes). Which makes us terible swingers.

We make no apology for that. Because we have an awesome time on the scene and when we do actually swing it tends to be pretty dam hot.
