The woman who gave instructions over the phone for the caller to resuscitate her husband who wasn't breathing..

and it worked....he lived...wow...

basic first aid should be taught at secondary school level..

its a life skill..

Don't get me wrong I think they are great, just shocked that government do not see them as emergency service
