What I like about Golf in this country is the fact that anybody can play, and in that sense it is not a snobbish sport. Also the handicap system allows good and less able players to play together. To me that is a really good sport.

When I used to go on hols with OH that was really enjoyable driving a buggy looking out for snakes and aligators seeing different birds fishing for balls in the lake. I think it can be an interesting game in florida but not in UK for me.

Ah but in snooker you don't have to cope with wind, rain, sand, different terrain etc, so for my money golf top trumps snooker. Agree with the outfits though.
