Good evening, hope you all had a great fun Christmas.

As a divorced, single male and just back on here, I'm hoping that 2025 is the year for more interaction with females and couples.

Any advice on a profile update that might help, would be very much appreciated

Ignore all the advice. Except that bit of advice, and the following one.

Write the profile you would want to see. Don't jump through hoops. Be yourself and honest because honestly trying to fit what "they" want is not really worth the effort.
