Is that sweet or savoury?"

A curious mix of the two with a slight heat to it.

I add it to savoury dishes like stews or casseroles to use it up because there's something about the texture that I just don't like

Yes but that’s how I like my food dry"

Interesting. I have a theory that people who produce a lot of saliva prefer dry foods, whereas people with drier mouths, like myself, prefer saucier or "wetter" foods
