Has anyone planned one for a regular person they've met with, or maybe a friend off here?

Or had one done for them!

I'm planning one that i reckon they will a) find hilarious that it's happened under their nose, b) RATHER enjoy!, and c) would never expect from me - just wondered what other people have done over the years

(please note - i cannot guarantee i won't nick the odd idea if i like it enough

We don't really have regular meets! But I have surprised Luke a few times
