People like you two who call the family obnoxious restore my faith in me.

I thought it was just me who winced every time they come on and the boy child licks ice cream like veronica salt and has no thought in his head about other people's holiday and nor does his dad.... ( why does his mum look normal? what is she doing choosing mr white legs and hat as a partner? Total mystery )

Apparently lots of people say nasty things on social media about the family and the company hit back on social media calling them snobs and fat shamers BUT sorry On the Beach, I am with them . I would NOT like to meet this family in the lounge as they gorge like hoovers and dress as if they did so in the dark.

Even if their mum looks average.

Nothing worse than obnoxious entitled loud aggressive Brits getting wankered on the all inclusive to ruin everyone else's holidays.

No they are actors. Funny really as On the Beach seem to think that this is a family who wouldn't normally be able to indulge in lounge treats....... so as far as I'm concerned On the Beach stereotyped them right away.

The message being, ' look how crazy you could go on freebies n stuff if you book with On the Beach ' and then they plonked their perception of those people in the ad.

The mum and the girl are portrayed as 'feminine wimps'

It's not snobbery to detest their behaviour. I'd have the same feeling if the ad had a family of Hooray Henry's in it too .
