I've always wanted to try fisting. I've just ordered a fist toy and some good quality lube. How do I train myself to take the toy for maximum enjoyment. I know its not just a case of luring it up and going for it. Any advice will be gratefully received. Thank you

Lots of lube and practice. Or place it on the floor at the bottom of the stairs, strip naked at the top of the stairs and then jump and hope for the best
