No, not *that* kind

Aldi stuffing has not lived up to expectations, it’s just little round balls of sausage meat, that’s cheating. Any suggestions please?

Get the tray of stuffing and make balls.

Be firm with it and squeeze and tighten them

They did a mince pie inspired stuffing that had a sticky orange glaze. They were delicious but sadly I've never seen them again since!!

Pay no heed to the OP's subterfuge. Her stuffing story (or yarn) is just a rue to recruit a fresh set of paramours post Christmas by way of innuendo.

She's ruffling her plumage and looking for fresh candidates to land in her inbox.

She is incorrigible.

She's actually pretty fit too.

Lies I tell you, all lies. Me, incorrigible? Never

Either buy decent sausages and split them down, or some sausage meat and make your own stuffing, to your preference, Happy Xmas to you all!

My intention is not to cook but merely have snacks and nibbles on Boxing Day, in my pj’s whilst watching Paddington and drinking rum. Stuffing being one of my favourites, I shall take on board all suggestions, whilst favouring those that don’t involve me having to do much more than open a packet and turn the oven on in this instance

1. Buy some sage and onion stuffing mix or a fancy one with apple, cranberries or whatever in it.

2. Prepare per pack instructions with boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes.

3. Using 1 sausage per person remove the skins from the sausages, break them up and stir into the mix.

4. Form into equal-size balls and bake/roast for 1 hour with your Xmas dinner.

5. Once cool refrigerate leftover stuffing balls and eat cold or reheat as necessary.

Sorry to disappoint; this thread is about the stuffing that goes in the neck end.

To me, when someone says stuffing, I think cornbread stuffing, you'll have to look it up, basically cornbread sage onions

I was joking about having a gobbler for Xmas and - having two ends - you're only supposed to stuff the neck end if you're actually going to stuff it...

I apologise...I think I'm just joking with myself now. It must be all the pre-Xmas alcohol
