So I'm perimenopausal (i no early long story) I'm not on medication as it doesn't suit me but I've started lactating, wondering how common this is and how you manage it? x

You'd probably be best to consult your GP

Maybe try posting in the 'virus'room, there have been a few threads on menopause related Qs

A quick Google suggests some possible reasons, but a GP check should be your priority

couple, us we him her.

Not sure about the lactating never heard of that, but Mrs has been constantly adjusting her hormones throughout menopause ,it's been a bloody nightmare for her a rollercoaster for sure.

I'd speak to your practitioner there's plenty of options for HRT.

Good luck

Any unexpected lactation should be checked by your doctor to rule out anything serious
