I have worn a kilt a good few times, and been out to events … including sports games, BUT, have this observation …. many times when walking down a street in a crowd, or stood in a bar, have I felt a hand creeping up my leg, or someone attempting to lift the kilt - almost always a woman / women, and usually have had a drink! - the point I make is, if I tried to do that to a woman in a skirt ever’, I’d be dragged off and accused of sexual harassment, etc. I once did object, and was laughted at and told ‘well I shouldn’t wear a kilt then!’ R xx " Been groped and stroked at weddings a few times.
