Apparently there is such a thing as an amber traffic warning this weekend? We need warning that the weekend before Xmas the traffic will be heavy? Who knew? What a waste of ink.

"What a waste of ink. "

I have a large bottle still three quarters full of ink. It has been in my cupboard at least 20 years. You are welcome to have it. Merry Christmas.

Apparently there are people that can’t function whatsoever, unless they’re told how to do it by someone. I suspect they’re predominantly in the younger end of the spectrum.

Who’d have thought it would be busy on the roads on the last day of work/school.

My mind is blown.

I suppose there’ll be red warnings for supermarket chaos next.

My mum was oblivious to the pre Christmas rush.

She once asked me on 23rd December to get her a next day delivery from Sainsbury's . Another year she asked me to take her to pick her food order up from Waitrose at 9 am on Christmas eve and was shocked when I couldn't find anywhere to park on a weekday morning.

Hey better than spending billions to put up electric signs on the motorways to tell us there's traffic or that we can only do 50 when we are sat at standstill.

👍🏻 good job, maybe next time build more lanes or fix the potholes?

But aren't they smart motorways? Having said that the hard shoulders are probably in better nick than the rest of the roads.

And remember when the roads are busy, do what the Italians do, drive faster.

The best ones are those that say “Fog”. If there is fog, I don’t need to be told because I can see the fog. If there isn’t, I don’t need to be told there is. Most pointless sign ever.
