"I have a dear friend who at this time of the year isn't always firing on all cylinders. She is caring, forever assisting, helping others and altruistic to the very core of her good-natured soul. Of course she is a free spirit and of sound mind and doesn't need any form of duress to embark on a well-deserved voyage. The break would do her good, time to rest, to unwind, to channel all her energies into herself, some mindfulness and a break from the humdrum and normality of her daily life. I was thinking of creating a thread about this but I'm now wondering if there are other methods to give her a kick up the arse and just hop on an aeroplane and turboprop herself to somewhere warm.
